1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "bat333" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bat333.ws, including all services, features, and content provided therein.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses bat333 in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created on bat333 which holds your personal details, wallet balance, transaction history, and betting records.
• "Funds" refers to the balance held in your bat333 wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) .
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by bat333 to a Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Game Provider" refers to third-party software studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, whose games are made available through bat333.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain an account on bat333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bat333 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players aged below 21 are not permitted to register or use any bat333 service under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing bat333 voluntarily and on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account terminated or suspended by bat333 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with bat333.

When completing the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. bat333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any detail you provide. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds held therein.

Each Player is permitted to hold one registered account only. If bat333 determines that a Player holds duplicate accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, any Bonus credits will be voided, and any winnings derived from duplicate account activity may be withheld pending investigation.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat333 username and password. bat333 strongly recommends that you use a unique password not used on any other platform, and that you do not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your bat333 account — including all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been carried out by you. bat333 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bat333 immediately at [email protected]. bat333 will suspend the account pending investigation upon receipt of such a report. We cannot reverse bets or transactions that were completed prior to the receipt of your notification.

bat333 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being accessed by an unauthorised third party, that credentials have been compromised, or that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bat333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. bat333 does not accept payments in foreign currencies and does not facilitate currency conversion.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bat333, although your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your bat333 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, except where bat333 Customer Support specifically authorises an alternative method in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bat333 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes of approval on business days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

bat333 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Requested documents may include a government-issued national identity card, a selfie, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until documentation is received and verified.

bat333 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service or bank may apply its own transaction charges, for which bat333 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bat333 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket events. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion at the time of its availability.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bat333 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before they can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the default Wagering Requirement for casino bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. The default Wagering Requirement for sports betting bonuses is 10x the bonus amount.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the Bonus is credited. Bonus funds that remain unconverted at the end of this period are automatically forfeited.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes Bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• bat333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• bat333 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any Bonus — and any winnings derived from it — where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Bonus was obtained or used fraudulently.

Players who have a pending withdrawal request are not eligible to receive new Bonuses until the withdrawal has been fully processed. This restriction exists to prevent the artificial inflation of wagering activity.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bat333 are final once confirmed. bat333 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described below. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and any applicable odds before confirming a wager.

bat333 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers domestic and international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Bet settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, bat333's decision is final and binding.

Casino games are operated by certified third-party Game Providers using audited random number generation (RNG) technology. bat333 does not manipulate or influence the outcome of any casino game. All return-to-player (RTP) rates are set by the respective Game Provider and published by them. bat333 is not liable for any technical malfunction caused by a Game Provider's software.

• In the event of a void bet — for example, where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or cancelled — the staked amount will be returned to the Player's bat333 wallet.
• bat333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error, where the bet was placed after the event had already commenced without bat333's knowledge, or where the bet was placed using a system exploit.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed within the relevant betting market at the time of bet placement. bat333 reserves the right to reduce or refuse bets from any Player at its discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat333. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account on bat333.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• Using bat333 if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using bat333 on behalf of any third party, including but not limited to acting as an agent or broker for another person's gambling activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any feature of bat333.
• Colluding with other Players to fix outcomes, manipulate markets, or share information in a manner that constitutes match-fixing or sporting fraud.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in a systematic or intentional manner. Any winnings arising from a known or exploited error may be voided at bat333's discretion.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using bat333 for any purpose other than genuine entertainment gambling.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bat333 staff, Customer Support representatives, or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of bat333's platform, content, data, or odds without prior written authorisation.

8 Responsible Gaming

bat333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player community. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity in a healthy and controlled manner:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 72 hours but can be decreased immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time alerts that notify them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion. bat333 will close the account, void any active bonuses, and ensure the Player cannot re-register for a minimum of 12 months.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on bat333 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall layout and appearance of the platform — is the intellectual property of bat333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bat333 for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bat333 content without prior written authorisation from bat333.

Game content, including game graphics, audio, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers. bat333's licence to distribute Game Provider content does not extend to any Player.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat333 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of, or inability to use, bat333. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Errors, interruptions, delays, or technical failures in the bat333 platform or in any Game Provider's software.
• Inaccurate odds, prices, or market data published in error.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any event outside bat333's reasonable control, including acts of God, internet outages, regulatory action, or third-party payment provider failures.
• Decisions made by a Player in reliance on any information, statistics, or content published on bat333.

bat333's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim — regardless of how it arises — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your bat333 account at any time by contacting Customer Support at [email protected]. Any legitimate withdrawable balance remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

bat333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — and to withhold associated Funds pending investigation — where we reasonably determine that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, Bonus abuse, prohibited activity, or provision of false identity information. Where an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, bat333 may permanently forfeit the Funds held in that account.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable general principles of online gaming law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of bat333, you must first contact bat333 Customer Support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. bat333 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

bat333 is a safe and reliable platform committed to fair outcomes. We strive to resolve all complaints promptly and equitably. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other avenue.

bat333's decisions regarding bet settlement, account status, and Bonus eligibility are final and binding in all cases where these Terms provide bat333 with discretion.
